At Stride in Pride Coaching, my passion is helping LGBTQ+ professionals navigate their careers with confidence. The workplace should be a place of growth, success, and authenticity, yet too often, members of our community face barriers, discrimination, and uncertainty in their professional journeys.

According to the Williams Institute, 47% of LGBQ workers have experienced discrimination or harassment at work. For trans and nonbinary professionals, that number rises to 55%, according to the Human Rights Campaign. These challenges can make career advancement, leadership development, and workplace inclusion feel even more daunting. That’s where I come in.
